I just bought it and it's Colt cousin pictured below in a package deal. The story is they both belonged to a Florida state judge who wore them under his robes on the bench. The Colt was what caught my eye. I haven't decided to split them up yet but if I do I contact you first before posting on this site.
This is a custom Brazilian 1917 that I picked up. The barrel was replaced with a 3 1/2" ribbed underlug barrel, the action was fitted up, an FDL Wondersight was installed and the whole thing was hard chromed. I have no idea who put this together, but when the ad described it I decided I had a good use for it and it was too good to pass up. And the price was right for all the good work. It shoots as good as it looks.
