Customized Creationz Advice

Hey guys. I'm wondering if any of you have any advice for getting Customized Creationz to return my M&P 9mm slide.
I sent in the slide for custom work 5 months ago. Tom responded to all the initial emails and inquires promptly. When it was time to be completed all return contact from him stopped. I have called multiple times and sent in multiple emails. At this point I have left voicemails and emails indicating I want my parts back but I can't get anyone to respond.

I would send them a registered, return receipt requested letter informing them that you will inform the local law enforcement and take necessary civil action if the don't return your property. I had this happen a couple years ago and that's what it took to get my property back.

Sir please email us with your last name and status update in the title. We can not tell who you are by a screen name that was just created yesterday. The correct way to contact us is directly. I would like to thank a customer for sending this to me.

If you have emailed us in the last couple days we may not have gotten to it yet depending in the time you emailed.

If you called please leave a message. If your calling 20 times a day and not leaving a message we can not respond if there is no message. If you called over the weekend, we will be returning your call in the order it was recieved.

Please contact us directly and not through forums as we almost NEVER get on forums. We only saw this because a customer told us.

Todd Mckennie is who I was referring to, not Tom. I have called and left voicemails and sent emails requesting status updates all to no avail. I have used the correct email address and phone number. This is the first response I received which is odd considering it is on an internet forum. Please return my M&P 9mm slide and parts. My name is Joseph Viggianelli.

Per your instructions I have also sent another email as of today with the correct header.

Let me say this about that,, I dont have a horse in this fight, nor a dog in this race, but I do have experience with Customized creations. I sent a slide to them for refinishing and requested a special design be engraved into the top of the slide, I can not count the number of phone calls I received from Todd concerning his wanting more info on how I wanted my gun done. He has been a great help and very professional.

I've dealt with Customized Creationz before. They do good work. Never had a problem with them.

Latest update. Todd has finally reached out to me and indicates my slide will be shipped back. Someone on this forum somehow got in contact with Customized Creations directly. Hopefully this will result in me getting my parts back. To whoever this was on this forum I'm indebted to you!! I can’t thank you enough. I will provide a final update in a week or two.
