well i finally had to get her done... i was a lil disapointed i couldnt do it myself, had a buddys uncle do it for me.... also for future reference, the trigger metal is really tough.... my buddys uncle has his own machine shop and he told me that this metal was tough to drill......

but now i have a new trick i wanna do..... i got coming in the mail a PWS FSC556 thats gonna get pinned and welded to a 14.5" barrel thats gonna be dimpled... but im gonna start a new thread on info and opinion on that

Interesting, and different. The top two holes look fine, but I wouldn't have drilled the lower one. That is just too close to the edge, to me.

i know,.... but really, it effects nothing...(in strengh of trigger wise). and it seemed a blank space wen it was just the 2 holes

ya looks cool but that edge seems pretty thin. at least its not a defense gun though.

As you say, it's no doubt strong enough regardless. As far as look goes, I think I would have graduated the holes smaller as they went down, both to fit better and seem to suit the space available better. But as it's all just cosmetics, then whatever you like, is what you want. :D

funny thing is i wanted 3 diff. sizes larger in the middle, medium up top, and a small on bottom.... but my buddys uncle only had 1 size that would cut thru and also small enough for what i wanted........
