I’ve discovered that CZ makes a very fine pistol. I really wish that they would make a single stack version of the 75D Compact PCR for those of us with smaller hands. It would make for a great concealed carry weapon!

CZ has been making great guns for a long long time!(where ya been hiding?:D)

I have several CZ's and IMHO the 75 D PCR compact fits my had the best. It just feels right!

But if you want a single stack, there are lots of good ones out there. Heck they are now loading them up with higher cap mags and optics? What's the sense??

Been saying that for quite awhile. While the compact is the bomb, I’d buy a single stack in a heartbeat.

Had one and it was a great pistol. I’m thinking a slimmer single stack version of this would be excellent for concealed carry!

I would stick with my PPS M2 even if that one was available here. No slide release lever and needs a tool for field stripping.

The RECOIL article is two years old. Bud’s has them for $300. The lack of slide lock doesn’t bother me as much as the $300 + fees to get one.;)

At first I thought no way but after thinking about it you may be on to something. It would be very similar to a Glock 19 vs a Glock 43. A slim CZ75 might be kinda cool.

I am a big fan of the CZ compacts. I have one set up SAO and then I have a PCR. Both have been to Cajun Gunworks for some of their love.

You might look at a set of thin grips. I have a set of aluminum grips from CZ Customs, and my shooting buddy has a set of Lok grips on his. Both grips narrow the gun as much as possible.

I like thick grips so both of mine usually wear Nill wooden grips. I measured the grip width between the two. The Nill grips measure 1.41" at the widest point, the CZ Customs come in at 1.285". It is a noticible difference in hand.

If a guy wants a CZ 75 compact set up SAO, the Dan Wesson DWX compact with the 1911 internals is a good way to go..... but it's still a double stack.
