IMO a 2K limit makes ordering online a no go. If they will allow 2K of each type for a total of 10K that would be fine. (including 209 primers along with LPP, LRP, SPP & SRP)

Agreed. I have said it before, we're blessed in Ohio. Having to order on line and pay Haz Mat fees would put a real damper on the whole enchilada!

I thought that maybe the case but wasn't sure. I'm in that boat. I get the best price in lead bullets at our gun show. 5 cents a bullet for 9mm.

I just bought 15,000 Winchester primers from Midway - 10,000 SP & 5000 LP. They have no limits and I was pleased with the price of $442 including hazmat, shipping, and NRA roundup. I did have a $30 discount promo code; that more than covered the hazmat fee of $27.50.

That's less than $29.50 per 1000 for American-made primers delivered to my door. Almost exactly 3 years ago I bought a big order of Tula primers that worked out to $20.00 per thousand, so this is almost 50% more per thousand, but in the current environment I'm not complaining. It's less than a penny more per round!

What do you mean blujax? Are there no hazmat fees in Ohio?

Like BKreutz said, we're blessed with several local "brick & mortar" sources. I feel for you folks who have to do commerce on the Internet with the associated shipping fees and government traceability.

In Ohio cash still talks, for the time being anyway.

components available in Omaha

Just got back from my sister's for Thanksgiving. The route back goes right past Guns Unlimited in Omaha. i was very plaesently surprised to see well stocked shelves of Hodgdons and Alliant Powders. Picked up some HP38 and Hornady 140 XTP bullets. They even had Varget and 4198 on the shelf. Prices were $18- $26/lb; $140- $160 for 8lb jugs.:D:cool:
