**DAILY** In-Stock Reloading NOTICES

Visited my LGS today and found 2 # of W231, the first this year. Primers were available but not in large numbers. His opinion of the shortage (surprise)....powder is going into ammo production. Long story short, ammo makers order very large quantities and load them to their own specifications so production doesn't have to be as exacting as for reloading powder. There's just more money in producing powder for ammo makers than there is for reloading. Until ammo production eases the shortage will continue. And BTW, don't expect the powder makers to increase production by building more facilities, that's not going to happen.
 
Found 3 pounds of hp38 at the lgs 2 pounds of sr4756, and bout 5 kegs each of 700x and 800x.
I only lightened them by a pound of sr .
If you have a mode of transportation that'll outrun the police radio, guns unlimited has something for the time being.
 
Recobs has IMR 700x, 800x, 4756, Longshot, and Varget.

Grafs states they have less than 5 (1#) jugs of VV310 in stock.

Now if we can get a little bit more of "Good" powder instead
of the off the wall stuff that came in...........

Since it is hunting season they had three types or 4350 and some 4064, 4831 and slower stuff for the rifle guys.

I passed on the TAC powder.
 
It took 12 days for them to deliver it but I finally picked up my powder order from Bass Pro today. 3 lbs of Bullseye and 3 lbs of Unique.

I am happy!!! Now if I could only get a few pounds each of W231, 2400 and Enforcer, I'd be ecstatic!!!
 
Recobs says they have Unique, but only let me put 1# in cart. They do have a bunch of 700x & 800x (1#, 4#, 8#), W296, W760, and 4756, H4895, H1000, Longshot, Benchmark and Varget.

Thanks guys for keeping this thread alive. I've been wanting to try some BE86 and ordered a batch thanks to this thread. I appreciate all the efforts in checking the non-indexed reloading supply sites. It really does help, especially when practically everybody is watching gunbot all day long.
 
Powder Valley just posted Varget, as well as, some other Hodgdon rifle powders. Also available are W296, and W748.

They even have one of the NEW IMR powders 4166 for the adventuresome among us.

I know this is Local to Portland, OR, but I thought I would mention that sportsmans warehouse in tanasbourn has 2 8 lb jugs of American Select Shotgun powder along with a shelf full of IMR 4064 and 7828. No pistol powder, but looking pretty good in the Rifle department. Also had a ton of supervormance, reloader 17, and I think reloader 22?. Good to see more of something on the shelf anyway. First shotgun powder I've seen there since they opened last year. Come on pistol...
