Dash question

I have a model 60 in 38 special and am trying to fiquire out which dash model it is. On the frame under the crane is Mod 60 and stamped on the crane are the numbers 332 space 1. The serial number is BAN 33--.

should be a model 60 no dash then

These are hard for me to figure. I think the DOB is 1988.
and it could be a no dash or a dash 3. The dash 1 was a
3" barrel model and the dash 2 was a lot of 2500 that went
to the NYPD as DAO and returned to S&W. The other numbers
on the crane are factory production numbers. Don

The 60 had a very long production run, 1965-1988, and I would hazard a guess that yours was one of the last ones before the 60-3 started production.
