I recently picked up a box of .308", 180gr Remington Core-Lokt bullets to load in my new Winchester Pre-64 .300 Win Mag. When I bought them, I figured that Remington had some sort of data for them, but I cannot find any. Anybody know where to get load data for these bullets?

Not for that specific bullet. The Hodgdon website uses the Speer 180 in their load data, and the starting load for H4831 is 69.0 grains. It tops out at 74 gr, which is a compressed load, yielding a little over 3,000 fps.

I would start at 69 gr and work up from there, stopping when I found an accurate load. Accuracy is more important than velocity. Nothing you're going to shoot with that 180 gr. bullet will be able to tell the difference between 2,800 and 3,000 fps.

I would just go with data for a 'traditional' 180 grn bullet. Some manuals(like Lee) list a bunch of data with a generic bullet weight, not a named bullet. Just don't go right to max & be watchful.

Last evening I bought a set of Lee dies for my new .300 Win Mag, and with the dies come a small chart. On the chart there is data for "180 Grain Jacketed Bullet," I guess that I can use this data.

IMR4831 66.8-75.5 3,105 fps
IMR4350 62.9-71.5 3,100 fps
IMR7828 65.2-74.0 3,050 fps

I cannot find in the loading data where is shows which primer to use, but on the front page of the fold-out it mentions "LARGE RIFLE PRIMERS."
