Date of manufacture on my 64-3

Ok here we go I was just given my grandmothers revolver and I would like to know the date of manufacture if anyone can help. As in the title it's a 64-3 with a 4 inch heavy barrel. It does have a pinned barrel if that helps any. I'm gonna include some picture below of the firearm and the serial number. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I have 7D921xx, it shipped 1981 from what I was told. You will really enjoy shooting that 64. Mine is fun to shoot & accurate to boot! Bob
