Date of manufacture

Needing some help. Would like to know when this pistol was made. I don't have access to my books tonight. The number is V6633xx. Your help will be appreciated.

Presuming we are talking about a Victory revolver, that serial number dates it to probably early 1945.

That's just an off the cuff estimate, might be as early as late 1944. Regardless, it's WWII era. More importantly, what caliber is it, and how is it marked? Do the stocks match? Is the finish original? Et cetera....
