I met Elmer Keith once (we both had long layovers @ the Detroit airport), nice guy! But.............if I could spend a day with any of the "Legends", it would have to be Skeeter Skelton.
 
Spent an afternoon with Bill Jordan. Damn he was fast!!

I'd like to do that again.
 
A lot of good men already listed, so I'll go with: Annie Oakley.

I'm surprised nobody has wanted to "chat" with Bill Ruger, Sr.
 
My son, back when he was 12 or 13, and working out almost daily with a 6 inch Model 19 and lots of .38 wadcutters. He'd had great training, a good gun, loads of trigger time, a private range and took to it all like a duck to water. Man, that kid could shoot.

He's alive and well, and still shoots, but I'd love to go back and revisit those early days. That was something to see.
