I've had a couple of G21s over the years. They're great pistols, but kind of large for most people to carry concealed. Furthermore, the magazines are big and probably harder to carry concealed. Other than that, they are very accurate and less snappy than a .40. I replaced my last 21 with an M&P FS 45, which I carried comfortably in a Milt Sparks Summer Special II until I saw the benefits of returning to 9mm (more rounds, better than before bullet performance, etc). The 21 is a very accurate pistol, but in today's world, I'm not sure that they're any real "punch" difference between the 9 and 45 unless you're trying to knock down a pepper popper at 25 Yards.
