Defensive Shotgun Course Florida Panhandle

Know More Investigations, LLC, is offering an entry level defensive shotgun course beginning in August in the Florida Panhandle. It is an 8-hour course on the range covering defensive shotgun handling, maintenance, capabilities, operation, and practical shooting. This course will provide the average person the confidence and ability to protect home and family with the shotgun. We will fire approximately 150 rounds including buckshot, birdshot, and slugs. You will need a police-type 12 ga. shotgun with shoulder stock and a sling. Cost is $200 per person, you bring your own ammo. Registrants will receive a detailed list of loadout and what to bring for the course. Dates are flexible and we will conduct classes at multiple locations. I have 42 years experience in Law Enforcement and 40 years in weapons training. When people ask me what the best weapon is for home defense my first response is always a pump shotgun. Doesn't sound like a bad idea. I don't know of any similar course offered to civilians in my own area.

Most people don't realize there's more to shooting a shotgun...especially a pump...than pretending to be Bruce Willis. They aren't like your cheap digital camera...you don't just point and shoot.
