I have been hearing from multiple sources that Delaware would not honor Non Resident Permits/Licenses to Carry from the states they honor that issue non resident permits. These people even quoted people from the Delaware AG's Office telling them this.
Delaware always has and continues to honor Resident and Non Resident Permits/Licenses to Carry from the states they honor.
This information that Delaware has not changed their view on what permit/licenses they honor was provided to me by a Gentleman who works for another states Issuing Authority and takes care of obtaining Reciprocity Agreements with other states. He was in direct contact with the Delaware AG.
So this rumor can be put to bed. I have received many emails about this at Handgunlaw.us and just wanted to post this information so this rumor can stop.
