03Hemi, I have one like that I inherited also. No gold inlay, but a ton of engraving (every screw). I think mine is either German or Belgian. Damascus barrel same as yours. Few slight differences here or there.

Look for the Belgium proof mark, I'll load it tomorrow for you if you don't know what it looks like, but I'm sure they change from different year to year?
