I'm referring to the "undocumented immigrant" who shot and murdered an unarmed young lady in San Francisco...without provocation.

I'll answer my question first.

-- Yes. It made me quit procrastinating. I finally bought some JHP instead of my typical FMJ.

Speer Gold Dot. 150 rounds. I'll have enough (and more) to load my 4 magazines. 4 x 17 = 68.

:D

No, not at all. Nothing has changed, there are some bad folks out there and you need to pay attention to what's going on around you regardless of the type of weapon you have or don't have. Good choice of ammo by the way. Good luck and be safe.

All true.

Nothing good comes of mollycoddling criminals.

No. And I have a feeling this thread's probably gonna be more or less just like that Islamic terror thread we did back in May.

Same ol' stuff, different day.

Given that I was gearing up for ISIS and ISIS inspired domestic jihadists, lone illegal aliens without a plan or an objective are a subsidiary threat.

The reporting made me turn off the news after I heard about the shooting for the first two dozen times. It didn't matter whether or not it was CNN or Fox. It was just a different twist and got old fast.

Another one happened in LA today in similar MO, shooter got away.
Actually, there's been others since the church shooting that don't get the press.

Probably be a good idea not to mention the church shooting. It didn't work out very well the first time around.

What should I do, carry an RPG?

This isn't a sanctuary city, and Kentucky is a shall-issue, castle doctrine, stand-your-ground state. When I go out I'm armed and alert, and I'm confident that a good many other people around me are as well. I see no reason to change a thing.

I signed the petition that Bill Oreilly has on his website to pass
"Kate's Law" in Congress to outlaw sanctuary cities. The
petition will be sent to Boehner in the House and McConnel
in the Senate.
