There was a 2 5/8 inch model, and a 5 inch model.
A 3 inch would be nice.:D

They also make a 4" and made a 6" model. They make two different styles of the 4" version. But I don't know about a 3.5", May have been a 27?

627-3 8-shot unfluted

627-3 V-Comp, 3.5 with the comp attached. Actual barrel is 2 5/8ths, like the UDR.

3 1/2 627

Lew Horton sold a "Registered Magnum" Model 27 from the Performance Center in a 3 1/2 barrel that was a 8 shot revolver. Also listed a 5 inch Target model. They are still on their website as a closeout. Frank Jr.

No

For something around the size you are looking for, the 627 has only been available from the factory in 2 5/8", 3"(V-comp) and two 4" versions. The 2 5/8" is pretty cool.

Other lengths of 627 have been manufactured, but they are all longer.

As another poster mentioned, Lew Horton offered carbon steel model 27s in blue or nickel in the traditional 3 1/2" barrel length and barrel profile. Both are pictured below along with every other 8 shot model 27 ever offered by the factory.

I really like the 8 shot 3 1/2" 27. One of my blue ones is sitting in the office waiting to be cleaned from shooting last Sunday.
