Different pocket holsters for J Frame

The “hook” on their pocket holster looks like it might do the job. Thanks for the link. I had never heard of these folks.

I only heard about them recently while watching a Hickok45 video. He swears by them so I thought that I would try one. I ended up with one for my Glock 42 and one for my LCP MAX.

I haven’t watched Hickok 45’s video yet but I will. I like to watch him.

...As for the OP's problem of the gun falling out of a pants pocket, I think if you're on your back wearing loose pants you just need to pay closer attention. ..
I was thinking about pants fit as well. In skin tight Levis, nothing is falling out. In the loose fitting, comfortable pants
overweight, elderly me wears nowadays, not much is staying in my pocket without gravity assist...

Yep, that's where I'm at- loose fitting, comfortable pants. It does look like there are some pretty good options mentioned in the thread here for holsters that might do a better job holding the gun in place but still being fairly quick to draw (and drawing without a holster coming out attached to the gun). The DeSantis is great when gravity is fully on my side, but like someone mentioned above, even being knocked on my back could cause me to lose my gun in a bad situation.
