OP doesn't surprise me in the least. I never received any type support from Dillon that wasn't outstanding (and I've called them plenty of times when I first got into reloading.....years ago).

With all the problems in this day and time, I still think that Dillon treated you right. Bought any primers or powder lately? A trip to my local grocery store yesterday found the bread shelves empty!

Got powder delivered yesterday as a matter of fact. Two pounds of Win244 and two pounds of VihtaVuori N340. Ordered Sat, got it 5 days later. Though I'm not sure what that has to do with questionable customer warranty service.

It's about limited production of products, service and supply chain in these times. BTW, try finding some more popular powders and see how that goes. I'm glad that some things meet your expectations these days.
