Free time, free money in the urban environment is progressive influence.
No one said 'free money' - I said 'easy money.' Our hard jobs are more frequently handled by illegals.
Urbanization happens because jobs and other opportunities exist in cities and not in rural areas as agriculture uses less and less labor, essentially since before WW I and accelerating.

To paraphrase, we are not interested in banning ALL guns, just the ones we don’t like right now. The ones we DO like, we won’t like later. Especially if YOU have them. We REALLY don’t like the guns YOU have. But no, we’re not planning to ban ALL guns….
(I’ve noticed that we started with an individual carrying the firepower of an infantry platoon, and it’s grown to an infantry company. I wonder how those current Company Commanders feel about that. Pretty sure it’s tough for one guy to carry both the heavy machine guns AND the mortars, not to mention the individual load outs of those four Platoons…)

I'm always bemused when I'm told that the 50,000 (known) Illegal Aliens in New York City and similar numbers in other large Democrat run cities (as well as the smaller numbers in lesser sized Democrat cities like here in Missoula) are supposedly picking our lettuce in those cities. While in their spare time many openly protest, sometimes flying Mexican flags, while "living in the shadows".
I did a lot of contract safety work in the oil patch. Saw a LOT of crews working in batteries, gathering fields, drill rigs, pigging lines, decommissioning wells, etc. The oil patch could be used as the definition of hard jobs
If there was a single Illegal Alien working those hard jobs, busting their ass up on the monkeyboards, they were safe from detection because they looked as Caucasian and sounded just as home grown as I do.
I wonder why Illegal Aliens willing to do our hard jobs (that we apparently won't do) are living off government handed out benefits and entitlements (most of which it is illegal for them to obtain), when they could be making $80k - $150k taking those open jobs in the oil patch.

I can never remember what his estimated kill total was. He definitely is on the short list of the most prolific killers to ever live.

^apparently MAGA is too silly to understand that landing 30 hits on a rank of men at a moderate range (say, 100 yards) with a musket would take around 120 men firing in a volley, whereas it would take one man to do the same in a roughly equivalent time with modern technology.
To the Founders, one modern rifleman would have the relative firepower of a company of musket-bearing infantry, the range of an average artillery piece, and would likely have speed far in excess of the finest cavalry if they had a car or motorized transport…even a bicycle would be faster than most. There’s a reason it took hundreds of men to land dozens of hits with their contemporary technology. One man executing a church or school full of people with a Brown Bess wasn’t really a concern, it would be functionally impossible to do so before they were stopped, and I guarantee none of them thought “what if someone buys a puckle gun to do a mass shooting” or even “what if they take their cannon to the meeting house?” The very concept never occurred to them.
Today, thought, any misanthropic person can go to an LGS, fill out a 4473 and walk out with a rifle capable of eliminating an entire column of infantry and enough ammunition to do it for a relatively modest sum. That was not the case in their day.

The hilarious part of this is that there’s people so violently opposed to gun control in any form that they correlate it directly with their own personal life and freedom, while vehemently denouncing everyone else period and involuntarily demonstrating that perhaps not everyone should be armed.
