When I was about 8 or 10,my aunt had an old Ford convertible she would put the top down and let my cousin and I ride on the the folded up top.
She went around a corner and my cousin fell off,he jumped up and ran after the car yelling Ma wait for me.
We grew up tough in 1960 !!
