I didn't think I get thru the full 90 minutes, but it was such a great flashback I was hoping for more at the end.

Thankfully, there are still plenty of worthy charitable events today. But sadly, anything this star-studded in Hollywood now would most likely be a campaign fundraiser!

I've seen videos of their performances in Vegas. Nobody today could pull a show like that off.
Over the last week or so I have watched Dean in all four of his Matt Helm movies from the '60s. In The Wrecking Crew he actually takes out a young Chuck Norris with one kick.

I like to hear both Frank and Dean sing. But cool? They were show offs and had nothing to do with common people. Mob contacts made them even less appealing. I came in a little late to the scene, when I was a kid, cool was kids with purple hair that looked like a spiked rake on top of their heads. It was whatever on the early days of MTV was supposed to be in style then I guess. Of course as bad as that was, at least then everyone wore pants that fit and didn't fall down if they walked too fast or ran, and they actually used words instead of phrases like "yo" and "dog".

Naw, in my days cool was engineer boots, knife in the boot pocket, a ducktail with a half pound of grease, a white shirt with the collar turned up in back and a cigaret over a ear. I wasnt cool.
