Serial# BET 31XX. Can someone give me the DOB, and also does it need modification? Thanks.

BBT started in 1988 and BFL in 1990, so it's somewhere in there.
What kind of modifications are you considering?

If you are referring to the recall mod then no...it only applied to the no dash and dash 1's.
