Does anyone know who made these grips?

I purchased this pistol in 1970 for my wife to shoot. I dont know who made the grips thought? Does anyone know who may have made them? They were on the gun when purchased. Thank you.

They have a Roperish look but I don't think they are, the wood is very nice certainly a set of stock I'd be happy to own. However I can't tell you who made them.

Internal numbers are typical of Sanderson production; on the other hand I've never seen such a nice grain on them. That ribbon in the checkering reminds first Ropers, Cloyce or Herrets. Nice grips, in every case

i can't help identify maker but they sure are sweet . only thing I see wrong with them,not to offend, I think they would look much better on one of MY N frames . did I mention I am a sucker for nice grip and those are very nice . thanks for sharing . Kenny :)
