Just got back from the shoot and man was it a blast! Being my first time I was a bit slower but I still managed to complete the course in 28 seconds giving me an average of 2.27 seconds per target. Unfortunately I missed two shots overall but I figure I will get better as I continue to do it. Had to head to work so I couldn't see the score breakdown but I guess they post it online later. If there's anyone wondering if they should try this the answer is yes! It's a lot of fun and it's good to practice moving and hitting correct targets while avoiding others. I can't wait to go out and do it again!
Oh, and in case anyone was curious what I was using I had my M&P 9c with an IWB holster and two mags using standard Winchester 9mm from Walmart. I could have benefited from having a mag pouch but I wanted to do it before I spent more money.
