I am 68 years old and have worn glasses for 50 years. Just usual vision correction and wear bifocals for about the last 10 years. Over the last couple of months noticed some slight blurry issues when watching TV / read it etc. Last time at range seemed i couldn't see clearly through scope. Thought I just needed new glasses so went to my optometrist yesterday.
Discovered I have a "macular hole" in center of retina in right eye. Couldn't read a thing on eye chart with just right eye. Going to ophthalmologist on Tuesday. 90% chance can be fixed with surgery. Condition is generally caused by age.
Don't neglect you eyes as longer you wait the more difficult a fix can be.
