We like to think that life has to be more exciting than everyday humdrum.

I really don't doubt at all that other intelligent life exists within our own galaxy, and plenty of it, but the closest possibility is light years away. Proxima Centauri has a candidate planet, which is about 12 light years distant. 7.054 to the 13th power miles. It would be really neat if we found some closer in, but the distance would still be prohibitive until we learn to fly REALLY fast.

Of course if our galaxy with zillions of star systems turns out empty, we can go to our nearest galactic neighbor, Andromeda, which is 2.537 MILLION light years away, or 1.491 to the 19th power years away. If we wait around for four billion years Andromeda is supposed to come really close to the Milky Way. So close as to occupy the same space. Then they will be MUCH closer and in four billion years time, we may have invented some really fast rockets.

Little by little the truth is coming out. Bigfoot is being accepted as real lately. I seen two ufo sightings over a body of water on two different days while on my motorcycle the glare off the shiney ship caught my eye. If I was in a car I might have missed it. Keep an open mind, stay alert.

There are different dimensions even Einstein's said it. How do we travel between then I don't know. I also believe in time travel is it real or just another part of the matrix.

I had a government clearance for building stuff for the government. Some stuff was built under wraps. I know nothing. My point is I wish I had a shot at working at Area 51. I would love to reverse engineeer someone else's technology.

Actually, I find it illogical. Never saw the need for the Centennial, with the Bodyguard option. And my ultimate snub is really the M-60-7. I just put a thumb over the hammer for a snag-free draw. And I seldom carry a gun in a pocket, anyway.

I didn't like the phasers on, Enterprise as well as those on the original series. I've read that Gene Roddenberry didn't want them to look too much like guns, as he was a Hollywood liberal. But they clearly needed weapons!

A phaser seen in the Star Trek movies has a handle much like a Colt Govt. Model .45 pistol. Story is, Wm. Shatner somehow handled a M-1911A-1, liked the way it felt, and had the prop dept. make up a phaser with that sort of grip.

However, I'd have liked for Jolene Blalock (played T'Pol) to give me a tour of the weapons room on the Enterprise of her day.

Kinda wonder how the food made in those synthesizers would taste, too.

I think there's so much we don't have the slightest clue about yet.

How did people tens of thousands years ago move 50 ton rocks across rivers and mountain ranges from the quarries to their build site? They didn't even have metal tools yet for shaping these stones, but they have walls built with tolerances that are within the width of human hair.

Also stones that have windows carved with perfect 90 degree inside right angles that would be hard to do today even with modern machines.

Lots of un-answered questions. from eons ago.

But there reverse engineering alien technology. Some of the ufos flying is ours. I'm thinking since no human body could take the G forces as we understand them. The only way a human could do it is put our body in a gel or liquid to soak up some of the g forces. The aliens are suppose to be working with us at Area 51.

I was told by a guard on a Air Force base is what we see on tv is outdated the next best thing is in a hanger hidden away.

It's easy to dismiss the whole " UFO Thing " , that is until you've had the opportunity to see one . I don't mean a bright object miles and miles up in the sky . I'm talking up fairly close, maybe 500 feet above the ground and in broad daylight , the sun at your back . I've started taking flying lessons when I was 16 , was offered a job w/ Pan Am when I was 24 , well versed in Aviation , weather etc . If they are capable of travelling across the universe wouldn't they be capable of simply sending out some sort of message, or at least some sort of anomaly in the known radio frequencies we have been listening to for decades. I've only known one person that I consider credible give an account of something he could not explain other than it being from "beyond". I tend to agree that most of this stuff is our own design, just secret stuff. When you stop to consider that amazing equipment like the SR-71 Blackbird was a development of the 1950's technology they must have come up with some stuff that is truly mind blowing the way technology feeds on itself. I wouldn't be a bit surprised that the rest of the story is just a cover-up by our government just to keep us all in the dark, I'm much more inclined to go that route rather than give the credit to Chewbacky...I don't believe in ghosts and the paranormal either...its all in your head and some of those drugs were really that good.
