Drones flying over us

Big article in the paper today about how the use of these drones is becoming more prevalent. Not just for "Law enforcement" or supposed terrorists but news, agriculture, security of property.

Forget the Black Helicopter, these things are almost silent.

The use of them will end up in front of SCOTUS.
It's one thing to have a stationary camera monitoring a fixed location, it's quite another thing to put wings on a camera, fly it around to anywhere one wants to, and use the camera in this way.
