I’ve had gun for a month now and today was my 4th range session completing 1000 rounds.

I shot 300 rounds of Winchester 124 NATO with 1 FTE - total FTEs count four, 3 previous with Magtech/Winchester 115.

I had my first light strike, actually I didn’t note any indentation after inspection, bummer. I sent info to H&K of today’s performance and also told them that since this was my only gun that I wasn’t willing to send it in for evaluation, I’ll just live with it.

I noted brass debris in gun after session which I believe with my limited experience is an indication of hard primers.IMG_5396.jpegIMG_5397.jpegIMG_5403.png

Do you think the CC9 is heavily sprung leading to the FTEs, especially with the 115 gr range fodder.

Beats me, have no clue. Of course, HK fans say you should run 124 or +P only, lol.

That is usually good advice with European guns because of the way they are sprung. My Walther PPS M2 has more positive ejection with 124 gr, but it doesn't beat me up. How is the recoil on the CC9?

It’s snappy as micro 9s tend to be, it’s not a concern though. Having owned several micro 9s, I can’t really say that it’s more or less then the others.
