Well got it in the mail yesterday and installed. Went on with know trouble but almost lost the C clip.

yes I had a heck of a time installing mine, I went from a Sport to an M4 upper and had to assemble the FA and dustcover. I wasnt sure where it went, talking about the clip. My dustcover says USMC and has the eagle, globe and anchor on it.
Both sides so even if I forget to close it (which I do) it still says it. LOL

That's what I did to my Sport, I added a YHM upper that came with the dust cover and FA plus the M4 ramps.
One thing I surely did was use masking tape to cover the FA, because pulling that pin out would of messed up the finish for sure.
If I was building from the ground up I would of put the pin in first before adding the barrel and barrel nut to the upper. Which would made it a whole lot easier.
You should be very proud of that dust cover.
