Howdy all,

I've been contemplating picking up a .22LR or .32 Long I/J frame as a fun plinker and a tool to teach my son how to shoot. This gun will NOT be carried.

I keep stumbling upon early .32 Hand Ejectors at decent prices, but I'm a bit concerned about buying a gun made before the Third Model came out. I'm worried that it will break and I'll be unable to find parts.

Is this a valid concern, or are these guns pretty sturdy?
