eBay magazine question

I was looking around eBay and I noticed people are selling lots of 10 round magazines that look like original higher capacity magazines, but they're just not saying it in the description. Don't 10 round 6904/6 magazines have that line like the one on the picture and the right? I have seen pictures of mags with the number 12 yet the description says 10…I guess they police the headings but not the pictures.

eBay has a 10rd limit and people have been selling standard capacity mags on there for years. I have even seen AR 20 and 30 rounders on there.

Correct. As long as you list it as 10 rounds and it doesn't get reported by someone, it sells.
