Is there an electronic device that emits a high frequency sound like a dog whistle, that could possibly deter coyotes?

I have a friend with a coyote problem in a area that is too populated for hunting/shooting.

I know there HF emitters for rodent control, you could check with the makers and see if they make one in the correct range!

there was a product designed to deter dogs from barking to these ends.
I became aware of it through an electronics forum when the question arose about disabling them because a neighbor was using it to torment their dog.
I guess he'd get his jollies by hitting the remote any time he saw the dog was out.

A Yoko Ono album would not work. Coyotes are drawn to the sound or wounded and dying animals. It would just make the situation worse.
