Elmer's house is for sale in Salmon, ID

The seller has done a poor job to say the least promoting the place....very few photos of the outside and NONE of the inside.

I have been in touch with them and made the suggestion to embelish the listing.

I am thinking they are NOT fans or Elmer or they have no idea who he was!!

That said, Elmer did not have a lot of fans in this town......besides a small display in the town museum, you would'nt even know he lived here!!

Sounds like his outspoken nature must have rubbed some people the wrong way.

UPDATE...looks like the price is coming way down on ole Elmer's place!
Now down to $480,000 but still no photos posted of the inside of the home
Still being offered "By owner"

I have been tempted to offer them $400K for the place, but the location near the county courthouse is a pretty busy area and no view of the amazing mountains.
