Man.... I've been searching high and low for an in stock m.o.e. version....fergetaboudit in my neck of the woods....so I ordered one today at my local FFL. The dark earths all seem to be back ordered according to all I asked. So I got the m.o.e. in black. Man can't wait. Hope to have next week....have to wait and see. Anybody else having the same experience?

Budsgun.com usally has them in stock. I had the same problem when i was looking for a sig 522

I just ordered a black MOE today from the web and had it shipped. Problem I had was all the dealers could get one but wanted way to much for them and wouldn't accept a transfer. So I got it off the web and shipped to a pawn shop. I did have trouble finding the DarkEarth models period, web and stores nobody could get them.

The Local Gun Shop that I went to, some guy ordered one, and they were hard to get, so the shop ordered two of them. That was a year ago. So in November I picked up the second one no problem.

Got a black MOE last night at the local shop! The place was packed (R Lee Ermy was giving autographs) and they had the MOE up high so there was some theatrics getting it down. I was busy checking out the gun when one of the other sales guys came up with one in the box and then I noticed we were drawing a crowd. I took the one in the box after checking it out and got away from the feeding frenzy! Bet they have none left now.

That's the way it was at the local login show last weekend. Only seen 3 MP 15-22's. One standard and 2 M.O.E's. One of those was dark earth. The only reason I didn't buy was price. The M.O.E's were 550 range. I knew I could do better at my local guy, and I did.
