Engraved 3” M13. Need Help

Picked up this lovely 3” M13-3 Nickel. Only clue to the engraver is under the barrel, lightly engraved is “Eng by Muns”. I would like to know would it be remotely possible to figure out the engraver. Was supposed to come with a letter but it wasn’t in shipment. Will contact seller but not expecting the letter to be of any help

Certainly could be the one. Ironic that he was from Ga and I’m in SC, but the gun came to me from Wisconsin.
