When you list it here you can specify how you want payment; personal check, money order, whatever. Often sellers are willing to accept personal checks but hold them until they clear the bank. Long time SWCA members are pretty reliable customers.
Easiest way to ship the gun, and be sure you're doing it legally, is to use an FFL. Many gun shops, but not all, are willing to do it for a relatively small fee which you can add to the buyer's costs, or not, depending how you price the gun. If you google "ship my gun" or words to that effect you'll find options. Good luck.
