are they legit? They are out of Florida and only take credit cards over the phone. You can't actually buy direct through their website (which looks nice). They also have listings on GunsAmerica but they claim you can't buy through that site and they only use it for advertising. I'm not sure what to think.

Yes. 20-25 this past year with NO problems. Check their feedback. I even feel better if they are a FFL Gun Shop. G-broker has a free $500 insurance policy in case they don't send.

I pay with Postal Money Orders for extra safety. Not many people want the FBI on their door for a few bucks.

I received a postcard advertisement from them in the mail just the other day. I went to the site and saw a pop up box with a good price on some ammo that I use. I wanted to find out what their shipping charges were like so I signed up...well tried to sign up. I kept getting pop up boxes saying my address was incorect...of course it was, it wouldn't let me change the state from Florida to Wisconsin!! I tried several different times then gave up. I was also getting "script error" pop up boxes. So that's that! I sent them an email telling them to let me know when they fixed their site.

I have purchased several guns through Gun Broker, Auction Arms and Guns America with no problems.

I assuming that you realize that these are not internet gun shops. You are dealing with individual sellers who list their items on these websites. Also, all transactions are required by law to be conducted through a FFL holder.

Yes I know what Gunbroker and GunsAmerica are. But what I'm asking is about the website "Gunbuyer.com".

I'm pretty sure I won't be using them: too many red flags.

Brother, you're probably better off not trying to understand her. Just do what I do, nod a lot and say, "yeah, un-huh".:D

LOL I do that alot, that's why my great deal on a Ruger GP100 Talo/Wiley Clapp edition cost me an additional $430 (new laptop for my wife).
