KelTec is about at the bottom of the barrel when it comes to quality control. They are just a step above Hi-Point.

I read an article about their RFB in .308 [Bullpup] Kel-tec is certainly getting acclaim for the new shotgun [Holds 12+ is Bullpup] Newborn issues with the RFB then a design change[ patent infringement]. But WALT RAUCH thinks somewhat highly of these two and their design features.

My KelTec SU16a runs a heck of a lot better than my Hi-point 995, but they are both dirt cheap guns and I got both for really good deals.

But its like I said, I'd like to see that level of innovation combined with quality manufacturing processes. Even with higher quality manufacturing, everyone makes a stinker now and then. S&W is the first firearm QC department I've had to contact.
