excel spreadsheet for gun collecting

I am looking for a format to use to keep better track of my firearms. I started building an Excel spreadsheet only to realize I wasn't sure what to list .

What do you guys with 50 + handguns use to keep track? I was hoping to end up with somethimg I can print in a binder, one page per gun with the ability to include photos.

I recently bougt some guns from a guy who was selling them for his friends widow. Trying to make it easier on my spouse if the end comes eariler than planned.
