Excellent Experience with RCBS

I upgraded to the RCBS electronic scale / dispenser last week, but ordered the version with the European power adapter instead of the US one. I called customer service today to ask if they'd swap with me. A very nice person immediately asked for my mailing address to send me the correct adapter. Not only did she refuse payment for the adapter, she wouldn't even let me pay for shipping, and told me to keep the European adapter in case I ever went overseas.

In my opinion that was service above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected.

I own an RCBS Rockchucker press along with a Dillon 550b. Both companies are excellent in the customer service and in todays times thats saying something.

they send me one yesterday no duty

exactly what i would expect to hear from rcbs customer reps.!i have had the same experience with them....i have called for a replacement part (something i screwed up) with full intention to simply buy another...not ONCE have they accepted my offer and they pay postage as well...great company!

I have had excellent customer service from RCBS. They once replaced a new .375 H&H sizing die that was causing deep scratches on cases.

Been using RCBS for well over 30 years now and they have served me very well. Never had to return anything because, well, they never wear out. I just bought the Chargemaster Combo 1500 and...wow! Where has that been all my life? It's a sweet machine.
