Expamded carry locations in

The Arkansas governor signed a bill today expanding the concealed carry locations to include: a college/university campus, bars, church, public buildings including the state house. Must have a ccw with an additional 8 hours of active shooter training.
Still can not carry in court rooms, or K-12 schools. Also, a private college/university may opt out by posting signs.

The way I understand the bill is the state police will develop the training and then ccw Instructors around the state will do the training. As per cost, we do not know. The law takes effect 01 Sept. 17.
