extra slide for M & P and Shield

Will Smith & Wesson make an extra slide for M & P line? If so, anyone sent theirs back for addition slide?

I can answer that: NO! There are a couple of outfits that make aftermarket slides for the full size guns, but you can buy complete pistols for less. However, the Performance Center does make ported CORE slide assemblies for those who like to play gun games. They're drop on assemblies, no fitting required.

Slides are readily available online. I bought a 5" CORE slide kit for my fullsize. Check ebay, gunbroker, and other sites. There are 3rd party slides available too.

Check the internet. I found a like new complete 9mm 1.0 Shield slide along with ALL other parts for the gun for $280 on of all places Ebay.
