I say "rubber," you say "polymer" but
more specific description is needed.
Some of the Smith "rubber" grips are
from a regular line by Hogue but others
such as the more compact for round butt
snub guns probably are not. To me they
resemble the old Uncle Mike's product.
These are not Hogues, as best I can tell. They are a bit fuller in the palm, and the finger grooves are less pronounced. Also, the grip screw has an allen head.

Like on my 686 ? they are synthetic RB and haven't seen any available . The closest type is Pachmayr Diamond Pros which have been out of stock for awhile , Midwest Gun Works had them few weeks ago.
