Fake can or supressor pic regulars

Ok I'd like to make mine go all the way down the barrel to the end cap of the quad rail is that possible? Also let's see them pics of your cans or fake suppressors.

I have the Spikes CAR-1. If you install it without the crush washer it will sit inside the the handguard a little with the end cap removed. If you leave the crush washer on it will be right up against the end cap.

I took my end cap and crush washer off.

Yep, it's the CAR-1.

You push the four tabs on the end cap and slide it off the barrel. The tabs are on the side in the last handguard vent hole. I think it's there for looks. Taking it off doesn't have any negative effects.

How does the barrel shroud attach to the barrel? How do you keep it from moving

originally i was looking at the car-1 but they were out of stock at the time. i bought a 7" x 1 1/8" shroud from tacticool22 and he was very helpful with all my bothersome questions. he came out with a larger diameter 1 3/8" shroud which i switched to because i thought most of the others look too skinny. i removed my handguard end cap and it tucks in about 1/4". you can see lots of pics on his website.

if you have a threaded barrel with flash suppressor, you simply remove it and screw the barrel shroud on. some blue loctite helps keep it secure as well.

if you dont have a threaded barrel, i know jody/tacticool22 makes an adapter that fixes on your smooth barrel so you can attach a barrel shroud.

Bummer.

It's for threaded barrels only. Tacticool22 makes a set-screw shroud. He also makes a barrel thread adapter that attaches via a set-screw, but I don't think the Spikes shroud would fit over it. It wouldn't tuck anyway.
