I don't think I'm a dad, but I had:

-Bacon cooked to just under done
-Eggs cooked over-easy and potatoes cooked with the leftover bacon grease/oil
-2or3 tablespoons of homemade salsa seasoned with garden cilantro and oregano.
-Toast w/real butter
-Washed down with an RC w/ice.
-and a grapefruit

Same thing I have every day of my life...Two extra large eggs scrambled with cheddar and jalapenos, 3 pieces of thick sliced, hickory smoked bacon fried crisp, tater tots (I'm too lazy for hash browns), three nuked pancakes and sugar-free syrup, OJ and a pot of coffee...There's nobody else here to cook for me, so if I don't cook, I don't eat...

It's not the cooking I mind, it's the cleanup afterwards...:o...Ben

Every morning of your life.? You must live in "breakfast heaven" ?:D:D

at an former IHOP franchise that was forced to go private (corporate decision) with wife, daughter and son-in-law. Senior special: 2 eggs scrambled, hash browns, ham( i can have sausage at home) dry rye toast. since it was Fathers day I added a side of sausage gravy. All well lubricated with tabasco

I fix breakfast every morning too.
Sometimes sausage instead of bacon.
Sometimes pancakes or French toast instead of hashbrowns.
And sometimes cran-apple juice instead of orange juice.

Made an omelet with Swiss cheese, chopped-up hot dog, and poblano pepper.

All well lubricated with tabasco
It's probably just me, but Tabasco has always had a disagreeable metallic taste for me, but that seems to be all that the chain breakfast joints ever have...My favorite is Trappey's Red Devil, but I buy Louisiana Brand Red because it's sold in quart bottles making it more economical...I'll use Tabasco when it's all they have away from home...:(...Ben

I had several scrambled eggs with a very good long-time friend at a gun show in southern Lancaster County, PA. It wasn't so much what I had, rather where and with whom I had it. (No, I'm not heartlessly selfish, I took the family out yesterday for a very nice seafood family fest - we wanted to beat the crowd.)

Tabasco is certainly doable but I liken it to hot, salty vinegar.

I go through at least two of these 28 ouncers a month.

Ruthie keeps one of these in her purse for those eateries that don't offer it.

Double size cup of extra strong Houston blend coffee with Italian sweet cream and sugar in the raw.
3 eggs scrambled
3 slices of thick cut hickory smoked bacon
Healthy dose of Valentina hot sauce

Melon slices, scrambled eggs, caprese, smoked salmon, sausages, yogurt mousse with berries, and coffee.... at my niece's wedding ceremony's next day brunch. There was a bunch of pastries on offer, too, but I passed.
