Favorite Jam or Preserves?

When I grew up in rural Connecticut, we would often find a few strawberries: not enough to do anything with except put them on your cereal in the morning. One year we got enough that my mother made strawberry jam; best thing I've EVER eaten, even better than her blueberry pies from yesterdays's berry picking.

I'm a bit fond of Sweet Thing's Blueberry/Rhubarb jam. Only one thing better than my homemade biscuits slathered in the stuff!

Plus one for strawberry/rhubarb!!!!!!!!!

I'm not partial to rhubarb but I made up a rhubarb marmalade that EVERYBODY loved. A friend of ours says he never got to try it because his guests ate all of it the first morning (he runs a bed and breakfast). He stole the other jar from his partner (They run an organic farm). I'll look up the recipe tonight and post it.

Hero brand Black Cherry

It's not overly sweet, with great flavor. It comes from Switzerland
