To the best of my knowledge the ONLY 10mm being fielded by the FBI is the MP5-10mm, and I believe it is being phased out.

I just looked at a box of the latest issued 10mm ammo - its Federal Classic silver box 190 grain JHP with a code of XM1003A.
The practice ammo has been 180 grain truncated cone FMJ for as long as I remember (19 years now). We must have bought a gazillion rounds of the stuff back in the 1076 days.
