Fed Judge Rules On Machine Gun Ban

Good friend has the Swed K he carried in SE Asia in 64. He only said “ he traded them for it” He had a large mfg’ing business for military equipment. He has lots of other Mgs, cannons and mortars.

Be careful what you wish for..... the more of these that are procured more than likely means the more that will be stolen and used illegally. Just thinking out loud here pay no attention . . . . . 🤔
GEE WHIZ............Should cars be on the NFA List........They are to kill people all the time.........And no one complains.

I would likely acquire a full-auto (or two) if they were removed from NFA, not really to shoot much, just to have around. I would rather have unrestricted access to suppressors as I would get far more use out of a few more of those. Full-auto is really fun to play with, nowadays I'd have trouble feeding such a beast! 👍

really, always thought cars were for basic transportation, that unfortunately people have accidents in and get killed. Sadly there is that rare occasion when some moron purposely drives in people. Now, if you want to talk about tanks and such, but then the last one of those that I recall going on a rampage was back in '95.....

the Swedish K is a dream item..
if the Hughes amendment gets reversed somehow I hope S&W resumes manufacture of the Model 76.. I will NEED one of those somehow.. lol
Where I was in 1969/70, M-16s and AKs were there for the taking, and using. The K and XM-177s were the perfect survival weapon for helicopter pilots but they were scarce and hard to obtain.

How about another try at amnesty for all those illicit war trophies going back to WW II?

There will always be those who cannot stomach any loss in "value", regardless of how false that value might be. They'll do almost anything not to take what they see as a financial hit. I've seen it in the milsurp collector community. Indeed, one joker on a French weapons board crowed that if he saw something going cheap on an auction site he would run it up until it was at least at the number he paid.

The fact that you only "lose" when you sell is beyond some people.
I agree - but as a NFA owner, the real “value” for most MG’s is in the sears that ATF call a MG and almost instantly became illegal in the 1986 2 AM vote fiasco. Sear owners will take the biggest hit if and when the 86 law is overturned and sear manufacture will begin immediately at the push of a CNC button.

Yea a S&W 76 is probably as close to K as I can get. Not sure how many Ks will be around.

Watching a movie the other night, a man applied for a job picking up money in an armored car. The armored cars were being hit. When they issued him his gun, he said something like "This against full auto weapons?"
Of course, he would just take one of theirs as he went through them.
