Jim, I believe you are referring to the Federal XM9001. If so, my experience with it mirrors yours. It functions without issue in any semi-auto pistols or revolvers I've used it in. The Federal 9BP, XM9001 and 9BPLE are some of the most reliable and accurate factory 9MM ammo I have ever used. If I had to suggest a more accurate and/or reliable factory load than these 3, I don't know what that would be....

for the record, I just checked, and my 2 boxes are +P+. Not worried as I purchased them for my 5906, HK USP9 and my Ruger KP-95DC. All law enforcement/military grade stuff. If I needed to, I wouldn't hesitate to use them in my 439 and 6906.
